- Clear progression pathways from staff to project-level and beyond
- A collaborative, low-micromanagement environment that empowers engineers to take ownership of their work
- Flexible working model (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
- 100% employee-owned business (ESOP) - all employees participate
- Approximately 8% of your salary contributed annually into a retirement account through the ESOP
- Strong focus on professional development, including support toward FE/PE progression
- Opportunity to work closely with experienced leadership and gain hands-on project exposure
The Role:
- Perform geotechnical investigations, site explorations, and data analysis
- Contribute to geotechnical reports, recommendations, and design input
- Work closely with internal teams and clients on a range of ongoing projects
- Support project delivery from initial investigation through to analysis and reporting
- Develop technical expertise while gaining increasing responsibility on projects
What we're looking for:
- 3-6+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering
- Experience with site investigations and geotechnical analysis/reporting
- FE (or working towards it) required; PE or close to completion is highly desirable for more senior candidates
- Strong communication skills and a desire to grow technically
This is an ideal opportunity for an engineer who wants more variety in their work, a clearer path to progression, and the chance to be part of a company where they can genuinely build long-term value through ownership.
