Key Responsibilities
- Manage geotechnical engineering projects from proposal through delivery
- Direct and oversee subsurface investigations, field programs, and laboratory testing
- Perform and review geotechnical analyses including foundation design, slope stability, and settlement
- Prepare and review technical reports and recommendations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects
- Coordinate with civil, environmental, and structural teams on multidisciplinary work
- Mentor and support junior and mid‑level engineers
- Assist with proposals, budgeting, scheduling, and project profitability
- Manage diverse project portfolio across commercial, residential, infrastructure, and redevelopment work
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (geotechnical focus required)
- Master's degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering strongly preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience, with significant project management responsibility
- Must be able to work an in-office model full time
