- 売上・利益の管理(P&L)
- 顧客企業との関係構築、営業・提案活動
- チームのマネジメント(3名以上のチーム)

- サステナビリティ、調達、サプライチェーン関連の業務経験がある方
- 事業開発や営業での実績をお持ちの方
- チームマネジメント経験(5年以上)
- 日本語・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション

Position: Manager - Sustainability & Supply Chain Audit Department
This role is responsible for leading sustainability and supply chain audit activities in Japan while collaborating closely with teams across the APAC region.
You will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities, including business strategy development, team management, and coordination with overseas offices.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of a business area and further grow their career in a leadership capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies for the Japanese market
Manage revenue, profitability, and overall P&L performance
Build and maintain strong client relationships; lead sales and proposal activities
Manage and develop a team of three or more members
Coordinate and communicate effectively with overseas teams and regional stakeholders
Candidate Profile
Experience in sustainability, procurement, or supply chain-related functions
Proven track record in business development or sales
Minimum of 5 years of team management experience
Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English (business level)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience launching or developing new sustainability‑related services
