- Leading HVAC system design from concept through construction documentation
- Preparing mechanical drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reports
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers
- Reviewing system designs, calculations, and project deliverables for quality and accuracy
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical/HVAC design within an MEP consulting environment
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment selection, and system integration
- Experience across commercial, healthcare, or institutional projects
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and design tools
