The Role
We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to take a hands-on leadership role on a major hyperscale data center project. You will be responsible for managing all on-site MEP activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a site-based position, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of cutting-edge infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day on-site MEP construction activities
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes
- Ensure work is delivered in line with project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations
- Drive site safety standards and ensure full compliance across all MEP works
- Coordinate with project management, design teams, and client representatives
- Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep the project on track
Requirements
- 5+ years of MEP construction experience
- 5+ years working on data center projects (hyperscale preferred)
- Strong understanding of mission-critical systems (power, cooling, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage MEP trades on large-scale construction sites
- Must be based in Ohio or willing to travel/relocate
- Strong leadership and communication skills
