Key Responsibilities:
- Lead structural engineering design and delivery across a range of building projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and internal quality processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
- PE license required or ability to obtain in Tennessee.
- 6+ years of experience in structural design and project management.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and BIM tools (e.g., RAM, ETABS, Revit).
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience in healthcare, education, or commercial sectors is a plus.
