We're seeking a Survey Project Manager who combines technical expertise with leadership and business development skills. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, progress, and building strong client relationships.

As a Survey Project Manager, you'll manage projects from start to finish-developing scopes, schedules, and budgets-while also driving growth through proposals, negotiations, and client engagement. You'll lead and mentor both office and field teams, ensuring quality and efficiency across all deliverables.


What You'll Do:

  • Successfully manage projects, including scope, schedule, and fee development.
  • Balance workload and resources across multiple projects.
  • Lead business development efforts, including proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact.
  • Handle complex technical and interpersonal challenges with sound judgment.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of land surveying practices to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Supervise and mentor project teams on projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution: client meetings, team communication, budget monitoring, progress tracking, and A/R collections.
  • Provide technical, design, and project management expertise.
  • Stay active in professional organizations and maintain a strong industry network.

What You Need:

  • Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license or ability to obtain quickly if licensed in another state.
  • 2+ years of post-licensure experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD/Civil3D.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
