What You'll Do
- Service and repair commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, VRF Systems, Split Systems, Water Source Heat Pumps, Boilers, and more
- Use mobile dispatching tools for service reports and communication
- Collaborate with management to develop and refine your skills
- Maintain top-tier customer service with building engineers, property managers, and owners
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC Service experience
- Must hold a CT S-2, D-2, or SM-2 license
- MA Refrigeration License preferred (not required)
- Valid Driver's License & EPA Certificate
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation every 8-10 weeks
