Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Quality Control Manager to join the team in Dallas, Texas. This role will focus on ensuring the highest standards of quality across large-scale data center construction projects, overseeing compliance, and driving continuous improvement. The position offers a hybrid working model, combining extensive site travel with work-from-home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control plans for data center construction projects.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor and report on quality performance metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to prevent recurring issues.
- Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in construction quality control, with a strong focus on mission-critical facilities.
- 5+ years of direct experience in data center construction.
- In-depth knowledge of construction codes, standards, and QA/QC processes.
- Proven ability to lead quality programs on large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel extensively to project sites (Dallas-based role with hybrid flexibility).
