Senior Director - Business Valuation & Litigation Support

LVI is partnering with a nationally respected economic consulting firm seeking a Senior Director to lead its Business valuation and Litigation practice. This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee high-profile litigation matters involving business valuation, financial damages, and dispute resolution. The successful candidate will drive expert analysis, client engagement, and team development across a diverse range of industries and case types.

Work Schedule:
Fully Remote, with we-work space option.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and review of expert reports, valuation models, and financial analyses for litigation and dispute matters.
  • Provide strategic guidance on case approach, methodology, and client deliverables.
  • Serve as a primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Oversee preparation for deposition and trial testimony, including acting as an expert witness when required.
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and professional growth.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing and thought leadership.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have a transferable book with a proven track record of generating revenue and client contacts.
  • 15+ years of experience in business valuation, litigation consulting, or financial advisory.
  • Proven track record of managing complex valuation and damages analyses in litigation contexts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and expert report drafting.
  • Professional designations such as CPA, CFA, ASA, or ABV strongly preferred.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and credibility in expert testimony settings.
