Senior Electrical Engineer
* Lead and perform electrical design for industrial and process facilities, including water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, refineries, terminals, and manufacturing facilities
* Design medium‑ and low‑voltage power distribution systems such as switchgear, MCCs, panelboards, and facility distribution networks
* Develop electrical systems supporting process equipment, instrumentation, and control environments
* Perform facility‑level power system studies including short circuit, arc flash, coordination, and load flow analyses using tools such as ETAP or SKM
* Apply applicable codes and standards including NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations
* Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and design oversight for junior engineers
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support proposal development and client interactions as needed
* Conduct site visits and support construction activities as required
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
* Professional Engineer (PE) license
* 7 or more years of relevant electrical engineering experience
* Demonstrated experience in water/wastewater, oil & gas, and/or industrial facilities
* Strong background in facility power systems (medium‑ and low‑voltage)
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Electrical design for process‑driven or industrial facilities
* Experience with backup power systems, generators, UPS, grounding, and bonding
* Power system analysis using ETAP or SKM
* Prior experience serving as a technical lead or mentor
