Senior Estimator (Renewables & HV)
We are actively hiring Estimators across the U.S. with experience in civil, high voltage (substation/transmission), and utility-scale solar + battery energy storage (BESS) projects. We partner with leading EPCs, contractors, and developers supporting large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy builds, and are looking for estimating professionals at multiple levels to support growing project pipelines.
Opportunities are available in remote, hybrid, and office-based environments depending on company and project needs.
Open Positions Include:
- Senior Estimator II - Utility Scale Solar + BESS (Remote)
- Civil Estimator III - Utility Scale PV + BESS (Remote)
- Senior Estimator - HV (x2) (Remote)
Candidate Background:
- 2-15+ years of estimating experience within renewable energy, heavy civil, or power infrastructure projects
- Experience preparing detailed cost estimates, bid packages, and takeoffs for utility-scale work
- Strong understanding of project scopes including site civil, electrical, and/or HV components depending on specialization
- Ability to collaborate with preconstruction, engineering, and project management teams throughout the bid process
- Familiarity with estimating software and tools (Hard Dollar, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred
Required Qualifications:
- Proven estimating experience within solar, BESS, civil, or high voltage/substation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to support competitive bid strategies
- Renewable energy or power infrastructure experience is strongly preferred
