We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead impactful projects across sectors such as healthcare, commercial, institutional, and higher education. This role offers the opportunity to guide the design and implementation of high-quality civil systems while fostering innovation and creativity.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with civil engineering leadership to deliver best-practice services to clients
- Lead civil engineering projects, directing design and construction teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
- Advise on staffing needs and coordinate resource allocation
- Ensure consistency and quality of design documents in compliance with regulations and client specifications
- Promote best practices, shared tools, and knowledge sharing across the team
- Build strong relationships across engineering and design disciplines to enhance collaboration
- Foster a culture of innovation and support professional growth
- Mentor junior engineers and staff to support their development
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC-ABET accredited program
- Current Professional Engineering (PE) license
- 15+ years of experience designing civil systems for healthcare, commercial, institutional, and/or higher education projects
- Proven leadership in site improvement design for complex projects
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, WinSLAMM, Revit, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $120,000 - $162,000, based on experience, education, licensure, and skill level
