The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from initial concept through construction, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. You'll manage design teams, coordinate permitting, and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead site design and permitting processes (including NPDES and municipal approvals).
- Manage project budgets, contracts, and invoicing.
- Serve as primary client contact and set clear expectations.
- Coordinate design teams (3-6 members) and provide construction-phase support.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and regulatory requirements.
Position Standards:
- Maintain minimum 15% project profitability annually.
- Achieve 65% billable time average.
- Hold professional licensure in PA (PE required).
