Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage structural restoration projects across NYC
- Conduct structural investigations, condition assessments, and site visits
- Develop repair and restoration design packages
- Oversee project teams, mentor junior engineers, and support staff development
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to division growth through technical leadership and strategic input
- Ensure compliance with NYC codes, standards, and best practices
Preferred Experience
- 8+ years of structural repair/restoration engineering experience
- PE license (required)
- Strong background in NYC building restoration projects
- Parking garage restoration experience is highly desirable
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and client‑facing skills
