Senior/Manager, Corporate Development Management
A leading regional real estate platform is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex development projects across commercial and mixed-use assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle from feasibility, design, procurement through to construction and handover
- Manage consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Drive design development, ensuring efficiency, buildability, and alignment with project objectives
- Oversee authority submissions, regulatory compliance, and approvals processes
- Develop and execute procurement strategies, including tendering and contract management
- Monitor construction progress, cost performance, and risk mitigation across all phases
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost optimisation initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align project scope, timelines, and delivery strategy
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or related discipline
- ~8+ years of experience in end-to-end project delivery within real estate, construction, or infrastructure
- Strong exposure to design, construction, and stakeholder management across full project lifecycle
- Experience managing consultants and contractors on complex developments
- Solid understanding of construction methods, contracts, and regulatory environments
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
