About the Role
This firm is looking for a Staff Structural Engineer to join its San Diego team. This role is ideal for an engineer who is a few years into their career and looking for a firm that will invest in their development. The right candidate will work alongside experienced project managers and senior engineers in a hybrid work environment, gaining broad exposure to challenging and rewarding structural projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis, design, and documentation across active projects
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers on deliverables
- Contribute to construction document production and project coordination
- Participate in internal technical reviews and team meetings
- Develop technical skills under the guidance of experienced mentors
Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of structural engineering experience
- EIT licensure required; PE license preferred
- Experience in seismic design is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
