Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on structural or building technology projects, including design, analysis, and forensic investigations
- Provide technical expertise in your discipline (Structural, Building Enclosure, MEP, Materials Science)
- Work closely with senior engineers and principals on high-profile projects
- Prepare reports, drawings, and specifications
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to project planning
- Support business development through technical presentations and proposals
- Manage project budgets and schedules while mentoring junior staff
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Master's degree required
- Professional licensure (PE or RA) or commitment to obtain
- Strong academic record (GPA considered)
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience (varies by level)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to travel for projects and hold a valid driver's license.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- Sign-on bonus for Consulting Engineer level and above
- Overtime pay for all employees
- Annual performance-based bonuses
- 401(k) with 15% employer contribution based on total earnings
- 95% healthcare coverage for individuals, 80% for families
- 3 weeks vacation + 10 personal days
