Key Responsibilities
Technical Excellence and Project Leadership
- Leverage your engineering expertise to guide project teams and ensure technical excellence
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope, price, and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
- Provide oversight on key pursuits and project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and firm standards
Team Development and Mentorship
- Manage and mentor a team of structural engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Support career development through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Promote knowledge sharing and technical advancement across the team.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their goals and delivering tailored structural solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, architects, and contractors.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Strategic Contribution
- Align team capabilities with market opportunities and firm-wide strategic goals.
- Identify areas for innovation and improvement in structural design and delivery
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in structural engineering, with key experience in commercial
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Leadership experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
