Their portfolio includes mixed-use developments, mission-critical facilities, and intricate interior build-outs. With a strong reputation in both public and private sectors, they consistently deliver technically demanding projects on time and within budget.
As part of their continued growth in the data center sector, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale, fast-paced mission-critical builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations for data center and commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure project milestones are met.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to design specifications and construction documents.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and consultants to ensure alignment.
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain schedule and budget integrity.
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong track record in data center or mission-critical projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex site logistics and fast-track schedules.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Deep understanding of MEP coordination, commissioning, and infrastructure systems.
- OSHA certification and familiarity with construction management software preferred.
