The Role
- Lead client development and grow market presence across Florida
- Manage and deliver complex water/wastewater projects end-to-end
- Oversee budgets, timelines and technical quality
- Play a key role in winning work and mentoring junior engineers
What You'll Need
- Florida PE licence
- 16+ years in water/wastewater engineering
- Strong experience delivering projects and building client relationships in Florida
- Leadership mindset with a track record of mentoring and business development
