Position Overview
An engineering consulting team is seeking a mid-to-senior level Water/Wastewater Project Manager to support the delivery of municipal infrastructure projects across the Greater Phoenix area. This individual will play a key role in managing projects from early planning through design and construction, while serving as a primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Client Leadership
- Serve as the primary project manager on water and wastewater infrastructure projects, managing scope, schedule, and budgets
- Act as the main point of contact for municipal clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project performance, financials, and resource allocation
Technical Oversight

Business Development Support
- Support proposal development, scope definition, and fee estimates
- Contribute to client relationship management and help expand existing accounts
- Participate in pursuit strategies and local market engagement

Qualifications
Education & Licensure
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Experience
- 8-12 years of experience in water/wastewater or municipal civil engineering
- Proven experience managing projects, budgets, and client relationships

Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and utility infrastructure design
- Experience with design and modeling tools commonly used in water/wastewater engineering
- Familiarity with permitting and agency coordination
