BIM Coordinator
About the Role
My client is an established, industry‑leading engineering consultancy known for technical excellence, long‑term client relationships, and a collaborative, people‑first culture. They are seeking a BIM Coordinator to support multidisciplinary project teams in delivering high‑quality, well‑coordinated designs through consistent BIM standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain consistent BIM standards across projects, while integrating applicable client standards
- Partner closely with project managers and design teams to develop, manage, and present high‑quality federated models
- Create, implement, and champion project‑specific BIM Execution Plans
- Troubleshoot model interoperability issues and provide hands‑on modeling support as needed
- Support clash detection, coordination workflows, and constructability reviews
- Quickly learn new BIM tools and workflows and share knowledge across teams
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, accurate, and consistent project models
- Participate in occasional travel to client sites for coordination meetings when required
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar BIM/VDC‑focused role
- Strong working knowledge of Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Experience with Revit strongly preferred
- Experience with Plant 3D is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Curious, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and process improvement
