Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the semiconductor industry, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the UPW and semiconductor sectors.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to UPW systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and timelines.
- Work closely with engineering, product development, and marketing teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the semiconductor industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems and their applications in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Client Network: Proven track record of managing and expanding a robust client base in the semiconductor sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and sales strategy development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
