- Providing technical oversight and guidance on complex electrical design projects across a variety of market sectors.
- Leading the development and refinement of electrical design standards, specifications, QA/QC procedures, and documentation practices.
- Supporting project teams with design reviews, technical problem-solving, constructability reviews, and coordination efforts.
- Mentoring senior designers and engineers while helping develop future technical and operational leaders.
- Participating in project planning, design strategy, scoping discussions, and client-facing initiatives.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering and building systems design.
- Strong expertise in power distribution, lighting controls, electrical system integration, and electrical design best practices.
- Deep knowledge of applicable electrical codes, energy standards, and industry regulations.
- Experience leading QA/QC initiatives, technical reviews, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. PE license highly preferred.
