  • Support integration efforts as new businesses are brought into the organization.
  • Coordinate confidential documents, reporting packages, and sensitive business information.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure strategic initiatives remain on track.

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Draft, edit, and manage executive correspondence.
  • Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle highly confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives.
  • Prior experience within private equity, investment banking, asset management, wealth management, financial services, consulting, or another highly regulated, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating board meetings, investor communications, and executive leadership initiatives.
  • Experience within a private equity-backed or acquisitive organization is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Strong executive presence and business acumen.
  • Ability to operate independently and make decisions within a fast-moving environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
  • Unwavering discretion when handling confidential information.

This role is best suited for a polished executive support professional who thrives in high-growth, high-expectation environments. The successful candidate will be accustomed to supporting senior executives making strategic decisions, managing investor relationships, overseeing acquisitions, and leading large-scale organizational growth initiatives. They understand the pace and demands of a private equity-backed business and can seamlessly navigate competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
