Healthcare Project Manager (MEP Owner's Representative)
A growing project and development management consulting firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a variety of healthcare and commercial development and construction projects from planning through completion. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders while managing projects across multiple industries and market sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
* Coordinate project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and overall project execution.
* Participate in client meetings, project presentations, and stakeholder communications.
* Support business growth through relationship management and client service.
* Collaborate with internal teams to promote leadership, mentorship, and professional development.
* Monitor project risks, challenges, and opportunities while driving successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* 5-10+ years of experience managing commercial development, design, or construction projects.
* Experience working with owners, developers, engineering firms, architects, contractors, or project management organizations.
* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously.
* Self-motivated professional with strong attention to detail.
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and project management tools.
* Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, LEED AP, CHFM, FACHE, or similar credentials are a plus.
Additional Information:
* Fully-remote, but candidate must be located within 30 miles of the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area
* Approximately 15% travel to project sites and client meetings.
