Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of all MEP project activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Manage site teams and resolve technical or operational challenges.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven experience managing large-scale MEP construction projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, project controls and site operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards.
