A leading construction contractor is seeking an experienced Safety Lead to support major construction and infrastructure projects in Phoenix, AZ. This position plays a key role in driving a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with field leadership to maintain safe and productive project sites.

The Safety Lead will be responsible for:
* Leading and enforcing site safety programs and OSHA compliance
* Conducting new hire orientations, training sessions, and toolbox talks
* Performing regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
* Investigating incidents, near misses, and implementing corrective actions
* Maintaining safety records, reports, and compliance documentation
* Working closely with project teams to promote a proactive safety culture
* Identifying potential hazards and recommending preventative measures
The Safety Lead should have the following qualifications:
* 5+ years of construction safety experience
* Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices
* OSHA 30 certification required
* First Aid/CPR certification preferred
* Experience leading safety initiatives on active construction projects
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
