Phase 1 - Stability | Base draw $115k, 401(k) match, health insurance option, booked contracts offset draw balance. |
Phase 2 - Transition | Commissions offset draw balance; once at zero, transition to commission-only 50/50. |
Phase 3 - Upside | Vest in Phantom Equity Plan; Phantom Unit Appreciation Rights pay out if company is acquired. |
