  • Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, operations, and global leadership teams within a matrix environment.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial organization.

Required Background

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within the power, utility, electrical equipment, transmission & distribution, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success leading regional or multi-country sales organizations within the Americas.
  • Strong knowledge of high-voltage transmission, substations, grid infrastructure, and utility procurement processes.
  • Established relationships with electric utilities, transmission operators, OEMs, EPC firms, and industry stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic planning, commercial negotiation, and account management capabilities.
  • Experience building and leading teams, including coaching and developing sales professionals.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, multicultural business environment.

Preferred Profile
