Senior Construction Manager
An industry-leading EPC contractor is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee large-scale power and industrial construction projects. This individual will be responsible for leading field operations, managing project teams, driving safety performance, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of field construction execution.
- Manage superintendents, foremen, craft labor, and subcontractors.
- Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Oversee project schedules, manpower planning, productivity, and cost control.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and clients.
- Identify and resolve field execution challenges to keep projects on track.
- Support contract administration, labor strategy, and overall project performance.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Construction Management experience.
- Background leading large industrial, power, energy, or EPC construction projects.
- Experience managing complex projects with significant labor and self-perform scopes.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and construction execution.
- Ability to lead large field teams and coordinate multiple craft disciplines.
- Excellent leadership and client-facing communication skills.
Location: Houston, TX
Travel: Project-based travel and extended site assignments required.
