Senior Owner's Representative - Data Center Programs
Our client is a nationally recognized engineering and consulting organization supporting some of the largest hyperscale, cloud, and AI infrastructure programs in North America.
As demand for digital infrastructure continues to accelerate, they are seeking an experienced project delivery leader to oversee multiple mission critical projects while supporting the growth and development of project teams across a rapidly expanding portfolio.

The Role
This position is responsible for providing leadership across multiple concurrent data center projects, ensuring successful project execution while supporting project teams, financial performance, client relationships, and operational growth.
The successful candidate will oversee project managers and help drive consistency, accountability, and performance across a portfolio of mission critical projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee execution across multiple data center projects simultaneously
- Mentor and develop Project Managers and project teams
- Monitor project financial performance and profitability
- Support resource planning and workforce forecasting
- Identify and mitigate project delivery risks
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support operational planning and business growth initiatives
- Provide leadership across scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and reporting activities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic objectives
