Sr Project Manager
Position Overview:
A dynamic and growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Roadway Design Engineer | Project Manager to lead transportation infrastructure projects in Ohio. This role involves overseeing the design and delivery of roadway and highway projects, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of urban and rural roadway projects, including highways and interchanges.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget from concept through construction.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide quality control and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Prepare and review plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Support business development efforts and proposal preparation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio required.
- 10+ years of experience in roadway design and project management.
- Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, and other relevant design software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with ODOT projects is highly preferred.
