Superintendent - Mission Critical
We're partnering with a growing general contractor that's expanding its mission critical business across the Southeast. They're hiring a Superintendent in Atlanta to run day-to-day field operations on data center projects across the region.
This is a hands-on role. You'll run the site every day, keep trades moving, and help bring the project from groundbreaking to turnover. You'll be working inside a team that's building its mission critical reputation, so there's real room to grow.
What you'll do
- Run daily field operations on mission critical and data center projects
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and look-ahead schedules
- Coordinate MEP installs, sequencing, and inspections
- Support commissioning activities and project turnover
- Lead site safety and quality, and keep the jobsite audit-ready
- Report progress to the General Superintendent and project team
- Mentor assistant superintendents and field engineers
What you'll bring
- 8+ years in commercial construction, with mission critical or data center experience preferred
- Superintendent experience on large, MEP-heavy projects
- Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and critical systems coordination
- Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
- OSHA 30 required
- Willingness to travel across the Southeast as projects require
