Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with the planning and execution of commercial roofing projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Track project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Support procurement of materials and equipment.
- Attend project meetings and maintain communication with clients, site teams, and vendors.
- Assist with project documentation, reporting, and closeout activities.
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in construction, roofing, waterproofing, building envelope, or a related industry.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Commercial roofing experience is advantageous, but candidates from broader construction backgrounds will also be considered.
