The majority of work consists of medical facilities, healthcare developments, research centers, and technically complex commercial projects across the Greater Houston area.

Responsibilities
* Assist Project Managers with the planning and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement tracking, and project documentation
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
* Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance
* Support the successful delivery of healthcare, medical, and research facility projects
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in construction project management or project engineering
* Experience working on commercial construction projects
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications
* Desire to grow into a Project Manager position over time
