Join Overland Contracting, a Black & Veatch company, and play a key role in delivering critical substation infrastructure projects. This position is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, monitoring field construction activities, and helping ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily civil construction activities on substation projects
- Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and schedule compliance
- Coordinate field crews, resources, and project work plans
- Support safety, quality, and construction standards on-site
- Lead planning meetings and maintain project progress reporting
What We're Looking For:
- Construction field leadership experience
- Civil construction experience within substation and transmission projects preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Valid Driver's License
