Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the concrete batch plant, ensuring consistent production and quality control
- Manage plant personnel, scheduling, and workflow to meet project demands
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs or servicing as needed
- Collaborate with project teams to meet concrete delivery schedules and specifications
- Track production metrics and report performance to management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in concrete batch plant operations or related construction roles
- Strong understanding of concrete mix designs, batching systems, and quality control procedures
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
