A major heavy civil contractor is seeking a Construction Manager to support interior structures and tunnel construction on a large highway and marine tunnel expansion project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily field activities for interior tunnel structures, concrete, steel, and fit‑out work.
- Coordinate crews and subcontractors to ensure safe, high‑quality, on‑schedule execution.
- Oversee tunnel construction elements including waterproofing, lining, and structural interfaces.
- Review drawings, resolve field issues, and support engineering coordination.
- Track progress, productivity, and documentation.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of heavy civil experience; tunnel or highway/roadway experience required.
- Strong understanding of structural, underground, or interior works.
- Ability to manage field teams and complex construction sequencing.
- Degree in construction or engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
