Construction Project Manager - Structural Restoration & Building Envelope

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 DOE (Higher compensation available for EIT or PE licensed candidates)

About the Role

A leading engineering and restoration consultancy is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee luxury high-rise condominium restoration projects throughout Southwest Florida.

This position is ideal for an experienced project manager who can take restoration projects from kickoff through closeout while coordinating owners, contractors, consultants, and field personnel. Projects typically involve structural rehabilitation, concrete restoration, waterproofing, façade repairs, roofing systems, and building envelope improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage restoration and rehabilitation projects from initiation through completion
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, ownership groups, and stakeholders
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Conduct site visits and oversee ongoing construction activities
  • Review project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable codes
  • Provide regular project progress updates to clients
  • Support construction administration and quality assurance efforts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing building restoration projects
  • Experience overseeing projects from kickoff to closeout
  • Background in structural restoration, concrete repair, waterproofing, roofing, façade restoration, or building envelope projects
  • Strong scheduling, budgeting, and client communication skills
  • Experience working on high-rise condominium, residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties preferred
  • EIT or PE license is beneficial but not required
