This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced architect with a strong track record in higher education, business development, and team leadership.

Requirements

Licensed Architect
15+ years of architectural experience
Proven Higher Education project leadership
Strong business development and client relationship skills
Experience leading large-scale projects ($10M-$50M+)
Revit and design technology proficiency

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Higher Education practice
Develop new client relationships and win work
Oversee major campus projects from pursuit through delivery
Mentor and develop architectural teams
Collaborate with leadership on regional growth strategy
