About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Manager to join our team in Chicago. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including multifamily developments, commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, and data centers.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing BIM processes and ensuring seamless coordination across large-scale ground-up construction projects. This position involves both onsite and office-based work, so flexibility and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage BIM workflows for electrical systems across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely model delivery.
- Oversee Revit model development and maintain quality standards.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM best practices.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve design and construction challenges.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with Revit on large-scale construction projects.
- Proven track record of managing BIM processes for electrical systems.
- Local construction experience in the Chicago market is essential.
- Experience working onsite on projects and coordinating with field teams.
- Valid driver's license required (onsite and office travel involved).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
