What You'll Do
- Assist in the design of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems for commercial, healthcare, educational, and mission-critical facilities.
- Prepare electrical plans, specifications, and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Perform load calculations, lighting layouts, and equipment coordination.
- Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to translate concepts into accurate, buildable designs.
- Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, and architectural team members to ensure integrated MEP solutions.
- Support field surveys, site walks, and construction administration activities.
- Contribute to energy-efficient and sustainable design strategies.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2-7 years of electrical design experience in an MEP consulting environment.
- Working knowledge of NEC, IBC, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (or willingness to strengthen skills).
- Strong interest in power, lighting, and building systems design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills - you enjoy collaborating and asking questions.
- EIT certification or pursuit of licensure is a plus.
