Electrical Division Manager - Electrical Construction

Location: Cleveland, Ohio | Hybrid Work Model

Salary: $160,000 - $220,000

We're hiring a Division Manager to lead the strategic, operational, and financial performance of a growing electrical division, with a focus on delivering high-value projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
  • Manage and mentor project teams including project managers, engineers, foremen, and field staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure full compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all phases of project delivery.
  • Oversee division-level financials including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategic plans and growth initiatives.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence across the division.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on wastewater, data centers, and industrial/commercial projects.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale, complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing division-level budgets and forecasts.
