An innovative and rapidly growing environmental and sustainability-focused organisation is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to play a key role in establishing project delivery best practices across a growing portfolio of international projects.
This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and help build the systems, governance frameworks, and delivery processes that will support the organisation's next phase of growth.

The Role
This role sits at the intersection of project management, project governance, contract administration, and delivery excellence.
Responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and improving project management frameworks, governance processes, and reporting standards.
- Ensuring project deliverables, milestones, and contractual obligations are effectively managed.
- Developing project controls, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
- Supporting resource planning and project mobilisation activities.
- Working closely with technical teams to improve project delivery processes and consistency.
- Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Supporting multiple projects and helping position future programmes for successful delivery.
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects in sectors such as environmental consulting, infrastructure, engineering, renewable energy, mining, resources, or other project-based industries.
- Strong project governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience implementing or improving project management systems and processes.
- The ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
- Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
