KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities
- Develop and maintain the project schedule
- Coordinate subcontractors, drawings, and specifications
- Manage budgets and monitor costs
- Analyze and address cost variances
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Communicate quality expectations to vendors and subcontractors
- Perform regular quality control inspections
- Enforce safety protocols and comply with OSHA standards
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Complete daily timekeeping for supervised personnel
- Maintain accurate daily logs of site activities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Basic proficiency with computers is preferred
