We're partnered with a well-established, employee-owned geotechnical engineering firm in Portland that is continuing to grow and invest in its technical team. The firm is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Project Engineer who enjoys working on a diverse mix of projects and wants the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work across the Pacific Northwest.
This role offers exposure to a wide variety of geotechnical, environmental, and earth science challenges, including landslide assessment and mitigation, transportation infrastructure, commercial development, residential projects, and site characterization efforts. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of engineers and geologists while taking ownership of project delivery, client relationships, and technical work.
What we're looking for:
- PE license required
- 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Strong technical and project management skills
- Experience working directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Interest in a wide range of geotechnical and environmental projects
