Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Project Manager located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion in compliance with industry standards and client expectations. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role also involves coordinating teams, supervising installation and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to fulfill project requirements.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in project management within the HVAC industry, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and industry standards
* Skills in communication, team coordination, and client relationship management
* Proficiency in project management software and tools, with an ability to adapt to new technologies
* Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance regulations in the commercial and healthcare sectors
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under tight deadlines
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
* Certifications such as PMP, LEED, or HVAC-related credentials are a plus
