Lead a Growing Commercial HVAC Service Team
Our client is a well-established mechanical contractor with a strong presence across the Southeast, delivering commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead service operations, develop field teams, and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day HVAC service operations.
- Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and technician utilization.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop service technicians and support staff.
- Drive service agreement growth and identify retrofit opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC service management, operations management, or a similar leadership position.
- Strong technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems.
- Experience managing service technicians and field operations.
- Proven ability to grow service revenue and improve operational performance.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
- Mechanical contracting experience preferred.
